Refund Policy for Pre-License Broker and Salespersons:

We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent students from completing their pre-license real estate training course. Therefore, we offer the following refund policy for our students:

1. Refund Eligibility: Students who have not accessed any course material and who request a refund within 14 days of enrollment are eligible for a full refund.
2.  Partial Refunds: Students who have accessed online course materials up until the Digital Manual and who have not yet attended any live classes may request a refund. A refund of 70% will be returned to the card used to make the purchase. Excluding Specials & Sales promotions.
3. No Refunds: After 14 days from the date of enrollment, after the digital textbook and videos has been accessed or live classes have begun, no refunds will be issued.
4.  Refund Request Process: To request a refund, students must submit a written request to the JaylaThompsonPRES@gmail.com, indicating the reason for their request and the date of enrollment. The request must be submitted within the refund eligibility period.
5. Refund Payment: Refunds will be issued within 4-6 weeks from receipt of the written refund request. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original transaction.
